Schneider: living と non-living の境は曖昧
Brack: Einstein は問を発することを止めてはならないと言った。定義についても同様
Morange: ここで重要なのは問を発すること
Luisi: origin of life と definition of life は別問題。コンテクストの中で定義すべき。
Brack: 現在の生命 vs 原始の生命
Reisse: 物理学者は時間の概念を持たずに物理学を発展させた。時間の定義は必要なかったということ

My impression at the end of the first day
Definition of life, minimally consensual at the present time, may be "open system capable of self reproduction & evolution". Beyond this point, it seems to become the domain of philosophy. You can live without it. Of course, it is important to think about it and keep asking this question.
